The design objective of this new system was to clean the reclaim water to a specification allowing for re-introduction into the intake of the water stream or discharge after treatment with substantial removal of BOD. In order to meet this objective, water is filtered to a submicron level, run through the oxidation chamber, and then disinfected for reclaim or
