AquaTex™ Ultra is the newest addition to WRI’s long line of wastewater reclamation products. It is a fully automated system, using the latest in Allen Bradley PLC technology including computer monitoring and full reach back capabilities.
The process begins by capturing your waste stream just prior to sewer discharge. The water is first filtered to a 5-micron level by the use of shaker screens and tubular backwash filters. The water then passes through a proprietary advanced
oxidation reactor and reduced to a sub micron level by ultra-filtration. The final step of AquaTex™ Ultra is total disinfection, accomplished as water flows thru an ultraviolet light chamber.

Water may then be reintroduced into the wash wheel and has no effect on chemical addition, product quality or laundry system operations.
